Music Royalty Data Platform

Music revenue data, connected
to every rightsholder

Every distributor formats statements differently. Royalties sit unclaimed overseas. The same rightsholder is spelled five ways across systems. Loreco fixes the three places where music royalty data leaks, with AI.

Every demo below runs right on this page.

Reconcile

Statement reconciliation

Distributor statements, overseas reports, broadcast fees. Loreco reads statements in any format into one standard, matches songs across sources, and builds per-rightsholder distribution sheets. A reconciliation log proves the totals match.

Trace

Overseas royalty tracing

When a Korean song streams in the US, mechanical royalties accumulate at The MLC. If the work is not registered, or the recording is not linked, that money never reaches its owner. We query collection societies' public databases to find those gaps.

Ditto 뉴진스 (2023, Korean mainstream)Recording not linked
MLC work registrationVerified
ISWC (international work code)Not found
Original recording (ISRC) linkedNot found
Recordings linked to the work398

The work is registered, but the original recording is not linked to it. In this state, US streaming mechanicals for this song may never reach the rightsholders.

Queried directly against the MLC public work search in August 2026. Registrations and links may have changed since.

A 221-song sample: how often the recording link could be confirmed in the MLC

US songs (52 songs)84.6%
Korean mainstream (109 songs)59.6%
Korean OST (30 songs)40%
Korean indie (30 songs)16.7%

Our own sampling, August 2026. Songs we could not identify or query were not counted as confirmed, so true link rates may be higher. That gap is itself the cost of verification.

Match

Rightsholder matching

The same company, the same person, spelled differently in every system. Unmatched logs at collection societies, distributor metadata, and broadcast cue sheets disagree largely because of spelling. We normalize the variants into one entity.

Technology

Built on an engine that reads a million lyrics

Loreco built and operates a search engine that summarizes and embeds one million song lyrics, so songs can be found by the story they tell. That capability to read and connect music data at scale underpins the three products above.
